After products are pushed from Product Catalog, manage them in Monetization -> My Products. This page contains the products that can be edited and used in your store.
Manage listed products
The product list lets you review product records and take actions such as:
- Edit - open the product editor
- View in product - preview or open the product page when available
- Delete - remove selected products from your store product list
Deleting a product only affects the product record in your store. It does not delete the original supplier product from Product Catalog.
Click Add Products in the top-right area to return to Product Catalog and add more Dropshipping or POD products.
Edit product information
Click the edit icon on a product row to open the product editor. Editable areas may include:
- Product title and description
- Images and videos, including upload, replace, delete, and reorder actions
- Product category
- Variant price, compare-at price, and cost information
- Inventory tracking
- Collections
- Product status, such as Active, Draft, or Unlisted
When editing price, the system may validate the relationship between selling price and cost. Avoid setting the selling price below product cost.
Take products offline
If you do not want customers to see a product temporarily, change its status to Draft. The product data stays available, and you can publish it again later.
You may also see Unlisted or Archived in some lists or historical records. Use Active and Draft for normal daily management unless the page provides another specific action.
If a product is no longer sold, delete it from the list or editor. Historical orders keep their product records in order details, but the deleted product will no longer appear as a sellable product in My Products.
Use collections
Open Monetization -> Collections to create and manage product collections. Collections are useful for organizing products by theme, campaign, or storefront section, such as "Summer Picks", "Creator Favorites", or "Everyday Essentials".
In the collection list, you can usually:
- Create a collection
- Edit collection title, handle, description, and products
- Reorder or manage products in a collection
- Preview the collection page when available
Use collections to keep your storefront easier to browse, especially when you have many products.
FAQ
Why is a product missing from my store?
Check product status in My Products. If the product is Draft or not assigned to a visible area, it may not appear on the storefront.
Can I edit product cost?
Product cost usually comes from the supplier or catalog data. You can edit selling price and product copy, but cost fields may be read-only depending on product type.
Can I add one product to multiple collections?
Yes, when the product editor or collection editor supports assigning multiple collections. Use this carefully so the store does not feel repetitive.
