The Audience page helps you review customers who have interacted with your store. Use it to search customers, sort by purchase behavior, and open customer details.
Understand the Audience page
Each row represents one customer. Audience is useful when you want to understand who is buying, how often they order, and how much they have spent.
You can use Audience to:
- Review customer name and contact information when available
- Check location
- Review historical order count and total spend
- Open customer details
- Find customers with recent orders or abandoned carts when the data is available
Search and sort customers
Use search to find customers by name, email, or other supported fields. Use Sort to choose a field and direction.
Common sort fields include:

| Total Spent | Find highest or lowest spending customers |
| Created At | Review new or old customers |
| Last Updated | Review recently updated customer records |
| Last Order Date | Find customers who ordered recently |

| Last Abandoned Cart | Find customers with recent abandoned carts |
You may also click table headers such as Orders, Total Spent, or Created At to switch sorting when supported.
Customer list fields
Common list fields include:

View customer details
Click a customer row to open the customer detail page. Details may include:

| Orders | Historical orders, order time, order amount, payment status, and fulfillment status |
| Customer profile | Customer status, recent login time, email, phone, and default address |
In the order list, click Order ID to open the corresponding order detail page and continue reviewing product, payment, fulfillment, and return/refund information.
FAQ
Why is some customer information missing?
Customer fields depend on what the customer provided, order history, and data source. Some fields may be empty.
Can I export customers?
Use export only if the page provides an export action. If no export action is shown, manage customer data from the current list and detail pages.
Does Audience include TikTok followers?
Audience focuses on store customers and customer behavior. TikTok account analytics are handled separately through TikTok connection and analytics features.
