Planner is where you plan, schedule, publish, and track every post in one place. Each row is an independent publishing record with its own video, settings, status, and result.
Creative work such as topics, scripts, and Summary stays in My Projects. Planner starts when you have a finished video to publish.
Overview
Use the tabs at the top to filter publishing records:

Use search to find a record by the text shown in its Caption column. The list also shows:
- Post — the video's cover or thumbnail; a placeholder is shown when no image is available;
- Caption — the post caption, or the available source video or file name before a caption is saved; an em dash (
—) is shown when no display text is available; - Source — AI Studio, Assets, or Planner;
- Publish Time — the scheduled or actual publish time;
- Status and Status Message — the current stage and what happens next; and
- Action — the next available operation.
When more information is available, a record can also show its scheduled time, actual publish time, and published link.
Starting a post
Use Create Post to create a new publishing record.
Create Post
Use Create Post when Fypro should publish your finished video to TikTok:
- Select the finished video you want to publish.
- Fypro checks whether your TikTok account is connected and whether the video meets the current publishing requirements.
- Select Go to publish. Fypro creates a new Draft record and opens its publishing form.
- Complete the post settings, then publish now or schedule it.
If TikTok is not connected, select Connect TikTok and complete authorization first. If the video does not meet TikTok's requirements, Fypro explains what needs attention and does not create the record.
You can also start from the Publish action in Assets or AI Studio. The Source is saved when the record is created and does not change when you continue, schedule, or retry the post.
The same video can be published more than once. Each attempt creates a separate Planner record, even if an earlier record is still a Draft, is Processing, has a Publish Issue, or is already Published.
In the Planner list, the selected video's cover appears under Post. The text saved in the publishing form appears under Caption. Until a caption is saved, Planner may use the source video or file name as temporary identifying text.
Planner statuses
Planner uses four main statuses. Scheduled, Publishing, and TikTok Inbox appear in the Status Message rather than as extra filter tabs.

Selecting Continue reopens the same Draft with its saved fields. It does not create a duplicate Planner record.
Publishing through Fypro
The TikTok publishing form includes:

After the video uploads, Fypro automatically generates caption and hashtag recommendations. The recommendations do not replace your caption until you select one. Use Regenerate if you want a new set.
Select Confirm & Publish to TikTok when everything is ready. Keep the page open while the upload is in progress.
What happens next:
- A successful immediate post moves from Processing to Published.
- A scheduled post stays in Processing and shows its scheduled time until Fypro publishes it.
- A post sent to TikTok Inbox moves to Publish Issue until you finish it in TikTok and add the published link.
- A failed post moves to Publish Issue so you can review it and retry.
Resolving publishing issues
Sent to TikTok Inbox
Open TikTok, finish editing and publish the video there, then return to Planner and select Add Published Link. Paste the final TikTok link to confirm the post as Published.
Publishing failed
Select Retry Publish to review the account connection and post settings, then try again. For some temporary failures, Fypro may retry automatically; follow the Status Message shown on the record.
Fypro filters technical errors before displaying them. Planner does not expose third-party service names, API addresses, raw error codes, quota details, or other internal error text.
Scheduled publishing failed
The Status Message shows the failed schedule time. Select Retry Publish to review the post and submit it again.
Planner and My Projects
Planner records are independent from projects in My Projects:
- Creating, scheduling, publishing, retrying, or deleting a Planner record does not change the creative stage shown in My Projects.
- Editing or deleting a project in My Projects does not change an existing Planner record.
- A finished video can have multiple Planner records when it is published more than once.
- You do not need a project in My Projects to create a post in Planner.
FAQ
Does Planner currently publish to Instagram or YouTube?
Not yet. The current publishing flow supports TikTok. Other platforms may be added later.
Why does my Draft show Continue instead of Publish?
The Planner record already exists. Continue reopens its saved publishing form so you can finish the same record without creating a duplicate.
Why is a scheduled post shown as Processing?
Processing covers both Scheduled and Publishing records. Read the Status Message for the scheduled time or current publishing progress.
Why is a post in Publish Issue if it was sent to TikTok?
A post sent to TikTok Inbox still needs you to finish publishing in TikTok and return with the final link. It is not confirmed Published until that step is complete.
Can I publish the same video again?
Yes. Each new attempt creates a separate Planner record and does not overwrite the earlier one.
