Credits are the usage balance you spend on Fypro's AI features. This guide explains how Plan Credits work, how Bonus Credits are handled, and what happens when you upgrade or downgrade your plan.
How Plan Credits work
Plan Credits apply to your current billing period.
- You can use the Credits included with your current plan during that billing period.
- Unused Plan Credits expire when the billing period ends.
- Unused Plan Credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
- When a new billing period starts, Credits follow the plan that is active for that period.
Bonus Credits
Fypro may grant Bonus Credits through official promotions, events, or other campaigns.
How these Credits are granted, where they can be used, and how long they remain available depend on the terms of the relevant activity. Refer to the activity page or official notice for the applicable rules.
If you upgrade your plan
When your upgrade takes effect, Fypro adds the difference between the Credits included in your current plan and the Credits included in the new plan.
The upgrade does not grant a full new plan allocation on top of the previous allocation. Only the difference between the two plans is added.
If you downgrade your plan
A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
Until then:
- Your current plan remains active.
- Fypro does not recalculate the current period's Credits based on the lower plan.
- Any unused Plan Credits continue to follow the current plan's expiration rules.
After the downgrade takes effect, Credits follow the rules of the new plan for the new billing period.

Why did my Plan Credits disappear?
