Orders are managed in Monetization -> Orders. Use the order list and detail page to track customer payment, product information, fulfillment status, shipping, refunds, and return activity.

Order flow

A typical order moves through these stages:

StageWhat happens
Customer places orderThe customer checks out through your store
Payment recordedPayment information is recorded in the order
Fulfillment startsThe supplier or fulfillment side processes the product
Shipment updatesTracking number and shipping carrier may appear in the order
Order completesThe customer receives the product, or the order reaches a completed state
Settlement updatesPayment, fees, refunds, and adjustments are reflected in Payouts

For Product Catalog Dropshipping and POD products, fulfillment is usually handled by the platform supplier or supplier side. If an order page does not show a manual Ship or Mark as shipped action, the order is not meant to be fulfilled manually from the Creator admin.

Where to view orders

Open Monetization -> Orders. The order list usually lets you:

  • Search by order number, customer, or product
  • Filter by order status, payment status, or fulfillment status when available
  • Open an order detail page
  • Review refund or return status

The exact filters and columns can vary based on current data and product source.

Order statuses

You may see order, payment, fulfillment, and return/refund statuses. Common examples include:

  • Pending - the order or payment is still being processed
  • Paid - customer payment has been recorded
  • Fulfilled - fulfillment has been completed or shipped
  • Canceled - the order has been canceled
  • Refunded / Partially refunded - a refund has been processed
  • Review request / Review result - a return/refund or supplier-cost review is being handled

Status names can vary by order source and platform rules. Use the order detail page as the source of truth.

View order details

The order detail page may show:

  • Order ID and order time
  • Customer and shipping information
  • Products, variants, quantity, and price
  • Payment amount, fees, refunds, and adjustments
  • Fulfillment status, carrier, and tracking number
  • Return/refund actions such as Refund or review-related actions, when available

If you see Cancel order, follow the page prompt. Whether cancellation is allowed depends on fulfillment progress and current order status. Once fulfillment or production has started, cancellation may no longer be available.

How earnings are settled

Order payments and payout balances are tracked in Payouts. Common balance fields include:

  • Available balance - balance in the account, which may be affected by refunds, disputes, and reserves
  • In clearing - funds currently in clearing
  • Reserve - funds reserved for refunds, disputes, or platform rules
  • Available for cash out - amount currently eligible for cash out
  • Payments - order payment details
  • Settlement history - settlement records
  • Payouts - cash out history

Before cashing out, configure PayPal and tax information in Settings -> Payout Details. Cash out availability, settlement timing, fees, reserves, and limits depend on account configuration, payment method, return/refund status, disputes, and platform rules.

FAQ

Do I need to manually confirm shipment?

For Product Catalog Dropshipping and POD products, fulfillment is usually handled by the platform supplier or supplier. If the order page does not show a manual shipping action, the order cannot be manually fulfilled in the Creator admin.

Can I cancel an order?

If the order detail page shows Cancel order, you can follow the page prompt. Whether cancellation is allowed depends on current order status and fulfillment progress.

Why has tracking not updated?

Check whether the product has entered Fulfilled status and whether a tracking number exists. If tracking does not update for a long time, contact Fypro support so the supplier or carrier status can be checked.

What is the difference between Available balance and Available for cash out?

Available balance is the broader account balance. Available for cash out is the amount currently eligible for cash out. Refunds, disputes, reserves, fees, and settlement status can all affect the final cash-out amount.
