Understanding your plan and billing

Learn how Fypro plans work, when you are charged, how to upgrade or cancel, and where to find your invoices.

Fypro offers monthly subscription plans. This guide explains how your plan is structured, when charges occur, and how to manage your subscription at any time.

How billing works

When you are charged

  • Monthly plan: Charged on the same date each month, starting from the day you upgraded.

If a charge fails — for example due to an expired card — we will retry the payment over the next few days and notify you by email. Your access remains active during the retry window.

Invoices

All invoices are available in Settings → Plans and credits → Manage Plan. You can download any invoice as a PDF for expense reporting.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated based on your billing country and added to your invoice automatically.

Upgrade or downgrade

To change your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Plans and credits.
  2. Click Manage Plan.
  3. Choose your new plan and confirm.

Upgrading: You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new features are available immediately.

Downgrading: The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's features until then.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Plans and credits.
  2. Select Manage Plan.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept.

You can reactivate at any time from the same billing settings page.

FAQ

What happens to my content if I downgrade?

Your articles, drafts, and analytics history are retained. Some features become read-only on the Free plan, but nothing is deleted.

Can I pay with a different currency?

Charges are processed in USD. Your card provider handles any currency conversion and may apply a foreign transaction fee.

How to change my payment method?

To change your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Plans and credits.
  2. Click Manage Plan.

Can I get a refund?

To request a subscription refund, log in to your Fypro account and submit your order or invoice number, account identifier (email or username), and the reason for the request to support@fypro.ai. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 1–15 business days.
