Ideation is your content inspiration hub in Fypro. Browse trending videos curated for your niche, explore the Creator DNA built from your TikTok history, and manage the videos you've saved for reference — all in one place.
Overview
Ideation has three tabs:

Hit Start Creating in the top right to jump straight into a new project without browsing first.
Discover — Browse trending videos
Discover is a personalized feed of trending videos, matched to your Creator DNA and updated regularly.
Sort options
Use the sort toggle at the top of the feed to change how videos are ranked:

Date filter
Filter videos by publish date: All Time / 1 Day / 1 Week / 1 Month.
Niche Rankings
The Track selector on the left lists all available content niches and their top-performing videos. Select a niche to filter the feed to that category only. Fypro automatically pre-selects the niche that best matches your Creator DNA.
Video details
Click any video card to open the detail panel, where you can see:
- Core metrics (views, like rate, comments, share rate, and more)
- AI-generated content breakdown (topic, script structure, emotional angle, video style, and more)
- A link to the original video on TikTok
Save a video
Tap the bookmark icon on any card to save it to My Collection. The badge count on the tab updates automatically.
Remix — Turn a reference into a project
Inside the video detail panel, click Remix to instantly create a new project using that video as a reference. Fypro drops you straight into the AI workspace with that context already loaded.
Search
Use the search bar at the top to find videos by keyword across both Discover and My Collection.
Search requires a paid plan.
My Viral Hits — Your Creator DNA
Creator DNA is an automatic profile built by analyzing the TikTok videos you've posted. It captures your content patterns and creative style, powers the personalized recommendations in Discover, and serves as a foundation for AI-generated scripts.
What's in your DNA

Below your DNA profile, you'll also see a curated list of your standout videos — the ones with outlier performance relative to your typical results.
Building your DNA
The first time you open the My Viral Hits tab, Fypro will try to build your DNA automatically. If it hasn't been built yet, click Build DNA to kick off the analysis. It usually takes 1–3 minutes depending on how many videos you've posted.
Requirements
To build your DNA, you'll need to:
- Connect your TikTok account (done in Personal Center)
- Have enough posted videos for the system to analyze
If your TikTok authorization has expired, Fypro will prompt you to reconnect.
Rebuild
Already have a DNA profile? Click Rebuild to force a fresh analysis — useful after you've posted a lot of new content and want your profile updated.
My Collection — Saved videos
My Collection keeps all the videos you've bookmarked from Discover in one place.
- The badge count on the tab shows your total saved videos
- Search your saved list by keyword
- Click any card to open the detail view and AI breakdown
- Tap the bookmark icon again to unsave a video
Start creating without browsing
You don't need to find a reference video first. Just click Start Creating in the top right to open a blank project, then describe your idea in the AI workspace.
FAQ
How accurate is my Creator DNA?
Your Creator DNA is built from your recently posted high-performing videos — not your entire posting history. Fypro doesn't pull in every video you've ever posted. Instead, the AI identifies videos that broke out because of the content itself, filtering out videos that got high numbers mainly from your existing follower base. This keeps your DNA focused on what actually works, not just what your audience already expects from you.
If you haven't posted many viral videos yet (we recommend at least 3), or if it's been a while since you had a breakout post, the profile may be less accurate. Post more content, then hit Rebuild to improve it.
How often does Discover update?
Fypro pulls fresh trending videos from TikTok across all niches every week and adds them to Discover incrementally. That means new content shows up in your feed on a rolling weekly basis.
Can I use Ideation on a free plan?
Yes, but the free plan only gives you access to a limited set of video cards — you won't see the full trending feed.
Upgrading unlocks everything, including:
- Full trending rankings across all niches
- Sorting by Elite Match, Hot Viral, or Rising Outlier
- Filtering by date range (1 Day / 1 Week / 1 Month)
- Keyword search in Discover
- Fresh content added every week
Why doesn't Discover seem to match my content direction?
Fypro matches recommendations based on your content profile. If the feed feels off, connecting your TikTok account gives the system access to your real posting data — which leads to much more accurate recommendations.
There's no data in My Viral Hits — what's wrong?
My Viral Hits needs a connected TikTok account to pull your posting history and build your Creator DNA. Connect your account and the data will load.
